Protective cabinets and covers are used to secure gas appliances, water, electrical and measurement equipment and to store other types of equipment.

In the standard company offers:

• cabinets and covers for gas appliances
• protective cabinets and covers for separators of central heating.

For selected models of cabinets we offer various types of racks to facilitate assembly.

As one of the few companies, we take the challenge by designing and manufacturing non-standard products according to individual customer requirements (various sizes, materials, technology of manufacturing, colours, etc.)

Facing modern trends in architecture and individual customer requirements, BOXMET company thanks to innovative solutions and well developed production technology offers a range of products fully compliant with current regulations and legal standards, while providing the functionality and high quality of manufacture.

The following materials are used for production of gas and protective cabinets in BOXMET company: black steel plate and stainless steel plate or acidproof stainless steel, with thickness of 0,8 to 1,5 mm. In order to obtain the best effect of performance and durability of cabinets, after cleaning and degreasing on the modern technological line, cabinets are subjected to phosphating treatment, allowing Boxmet company to increase life-span of cabinets, and create optimal non-metallic surface under applied layer of paint.

Cabinets and covers for gas appliances are manufactured in standard yellow colour RAL 1003 nad brown RAL 8016 with printed design “GAZ”. For luxurious manufacture with decorative letter “G” we use colours with hammered finish: coppery antique, golden antique, grey antique. For “wrocław” type finishing we use black colour RAL 9005, and for doors – decorative slats sequins on joints and decorative letter “G”.

Protective cabinets and covers for separators of central heating are manufactured as a standard in white colour RAL9016.

On client’s request, we can paint our products in every colour from RAL palette.

Depending on the purpose of products we use the following types of manufacture:

• One layer painting - for installation inside the building,
• Two-layer painting with coat of zinc - for installation outside the building or in areas exposed to moisture,
• Stainless steel plate or acidproof steel (standard material 1.4301).
